9.30: Beginning of course: personal assessment and setting of program + Explanations
10.30: Adapted exercises
12.30 : Lunch break (bring your own sandwiches)
13.30: Resumption of exercises
15:30: Putting techniques into practice on the course + individual coaching
17.00: Debriefing and end of activities
Description
This course is open to all riders, whatever their level (an assessment is carried out at the beginning of the session).
The aim is to provide everyone with Japanese-style riding techniques, so as to make the most of the bike's physics and guarantee maximum grip and therefore safety! :)
